We are food lovers who had the damnest time finding legit chicken burgers. We wanted tender chicken, non soggy moist bun, bomb sauce, creative burst of flavors... In short we wanted the fast food feel but with quality made-from-scratch ingredients. We couldn't find it so we made it.

 

Our brioche buns are made fresh everyday, Our sauce is made in house (no-out-of-a-can-store-bought bs here), the main showstopper the chicken is brined for 24 hours, coated in flavorful dredging, fried to perfection, and assembled with love.
